The Lobster Bisque makes a fancy sauce for other seafood dishes. Some popular and easy ones are baked stuffed salmon pin wheels, Crab Cakes, Lobster Raviolis, or even on top of a broiled lobster.
Simply prepare the bisque as per directions on the side of the can which calls for whisking 1 can of heavy cream and 1-2 oz dry sherry (Dry Sack Sherry is best)to the condensed bisque. Reduce on medium heat in a sauce pan to desired consistency. Just before your seafood dish is ready to be served ladle hot bisque sauce on top and garnish w/ fresh chopped parsley.
